Minnesota Senior Corps Programs Overview

The Minnesota Senior Corps administers three nationally funded programs designed to assist the elderly in our communities to volunteer to help others. The three programs are:

Foster Grandparents - offers seniors age 60 and older opportunities to serve as mentors, tutors, and caregivers for children and youth with exceptional needs.

Senior Companions - offers seniors age 60 and older the opportunity to serve individuals who have difficulty with daily living tasks.

Retired & Senior Volunteers - helps people age 55 and older put their skills and life experience to work in their communities.
