The Minnesota Senior Corps administers three nationally funded programs designed
to assist the elderly in our communities to volunteer to help others. The three programs are:
Foster Grandparents
- offers seniors age 60 and older opportunities to serve as mentors, tutors, and caregivers for children and youth
with exceptional needs.
Senior Companions -
offers seniors age 60 and older the opportunity to serve individuals who have difficulty with daily living tasks.
Retired & Senior Volunteers - helps people age 55 and older put their skills and life experience to work in their communities.
